This piece was the first commission I made for an almost stranger. Our mutual friends attended my Limitless exhibition, and after seeing my work on their stories, she reached out for a commission. She initially requested pastel colours similar to Sonder, but my usual procrastination proved fortunate when I met her a month later at our mutual friend's birthday party.

She possessed an airy quality that immediately convinced me plain pastels wouldn't capture her essence. I incorporated wispy light brush strokes but maintained vibrant colours to reflect how she balanced ethereal lightness with infectious energy and positivity. When finally mounted in her living room, the piece transformed the space completely, confirming my intuitive decision to adapt my style. The artwork now serves as both a striking visual element in her home and an authentic reflection of her multifaceted personality—a perfect harmony between client and creation that evolved from a chance connection into a meaningful artistic interpretation.
